Notices, errors and short replies that VEP writes itself are in English for everyone, whatever language a chat is in. Your AI employee still answers in the language you write in, unless you ask for another.
Why it matters
Everyone in a team sees the same words for the same event, so a notice is easy to share and to look up, while each conversation stays in the language its people write in.

What you get
- VEP's own lines in English: the note that your AI employee is unavailable, error messages, sign-in and usage alerts, links to connect an account and short fallback replies are in English in every chat.
- Your AI employee keeps your language: it still answers in the language you write in, unless you ask for another, so a chat in Russian stays in Russian apart from the lines VEP adds.
- Notes of the automatic check: the VEP check label and the next step under an answer are in English, while the note itself keeps the language of the answer.
- Scheduled tasks and problem reports: replies to scheduled task commands, the confirmation of a problem report and the opening line of each update from the VEP team are in English too.
- Dates written one way: a date in a notice, such as when your AI employee answers again, is written in English, still in your own time zone.
How to use it
In every chat with an AI employee and in the alerts VEP sends, on a computer, phone or tablet. Nothing to switch on.
