Text you have not sent stays in its own chat

For everyone who works with an AI employee

Part of Chat with your AI employees on your phone and tablet

A message you start and do not send now stays in the chat you wrote it in: it never appears when you open another person, group or topic, and it is still there when you come back.

Why it matters

Replies get interrupted all the time. Half a sentence meant for one person must never wait in the message box of someone else, where a single tap would deliver it to the wrong people.

Before
Text typed in one chat and left unsent could appear in the next chat you opened, ready to go to the wrong person or group with one tap.
Now
Unsent text waits in the chat and topic where it was typed, also after VEP was closed and opened again on your phone.

What you get

  • Its own chat: text you leave in a chat with a colleague shows up only in that chat, never when you open a chat with someone else.
  • Its own group: each group keeps its own unsent text, so a note for one team never lands in the message box of another.
  • Its own topic: in a chat with topics, every topic keeps its own unsent text, and moving between topics never carries it along.
  • Still there later: the text is waiting in its chat when you open VEP again from your iPhone or iPad home screen or in your phone browser.
  • Kept from before: text you had started before this update stays with the chat it was written in.

How to use it

Nothing to switch on: it works in chats with people and groups in VEP on your iPhone or iPad home screen and in phone and tablet browsers.

Part of: Chat with your AI employees on your phone and tablet

On phones and tablets, VEP puts every chat with your AI employees, colleagues and teams in one list, with a message bar you already know how to use.
