Encrypted chats read as text without a connection
For everyone who works with an AI employee
Part of Chat with your AI employees on your phone and tablet
Your encrypted chats with colleagues now read as text on your phone even with no connection, and messages that were still locked while VEP was starting turn into text by themselves.
Why it matters
An encrypted chat helps only if you can read it when you need it, on a plane or in a basement too. The messages you already have stay readable, and a message you write without a connection waits in the box with a clear note.
- Before
- Without a connection, saved messages in encrypted chats showed a lock instead of text, and some stayed locked after VEP opened until the chat was opened again.
- Now
- Encrypted chats on your phone show saved messages as text with no connection, and VEP keeps a message you wrote offline in the box until you connect.
What you get
- Readable offline: messages saved on your phone in an encrypted chat with a colleague show as text when there is no connection, also after you open VEP again.
- No lingering locks: messages that VEP showed before it had finished starting turn into text by themselves a moment later, without opening the chat again.
- Your text stays: when a message in an encrypted chat cannot be sent yet, VEP keeps it in the box and asks you to connect once, so nothing you typed is lost.
How to use it
Nothing to switch on: it works in VEP on your iPhone or iPad home screen and in phone and tablet browsers.
Part of: Chat with your AI employees on your phone and tablet
On phones and tablets, VEP puts every chat with your AI employees, colleagues and teams in one list, with a message bar you already know how to use.
