A message that has to go out again after the connection drops now arrives once: one copy in the chat, one notification and one answer, also in groups and in your chat with VEP Support.
Why it matters
On a train or in a lift the signal can drop right after a message leaves your phone. Sending it again must never post it twice, wake people twice or start a second answer, so the conversation stays clean for everyone in it.

- A message sent again after a dropped connection could show up twice, notify people twice, start a second answer or fail with an error even though it had arrived.
- Now
- Messages sent again after a dropped connection appear once, notify once and get one answer, and VEP confirms them as sent instead of showing an error.
What you get
- One copy: a message, photo, file or poll that goes out again after the connection drops appears once in the chat, even when you switched between your companies in the meantime.
- One notification: the person or the group is notified once, and the tools your company connected to its chats hear about the message once.
- One answer: VEP Support and the AI employees you mention in a group answer the message once, and a decision you send to an AI employee starts its work once.
- Confirmed, not failed: a photo or file that arrived before the connection dropped is confirmed as sent when VEP tries it again, instead of ending with an error.
- Same words twice: two identical short messages to your AI employee in a row, such as yes and yes again, both go through.
