One plain note when your AI employee could not save what it learned

When an outage keeps your AI employee from saving what it learned in your chat, you get one short note in plain words, and only when nobody has told you about the outage yet.
Why it matters
During an outage you want to hear once what it means for you, not read the same technical line again and again. The note says that nothing is lost, and it stays away when the short outage note in your chat already told you.
- Before
- When an outage stopped your AI employee from learning, the chat either repeated a technical line about it several times a day or said nothing at all.
- Now
- Learning that waits for an outage is told at most once a day per cause, in one plain note that says nothing is lost, and not at all when you were already told.
What you get
- Once, not after every try: learning is tried again and again during an outage, but your chat gets at most one note a day for each cause, and none again until your AI employee has answered you or said it works again.
- Only when it is news: no note appears when your AI employee already told you it cannot answer, or when the alert about the outage reached you as the person who can fix it.
- True and plain: the note says that nothing is lost and that your AI employee learns it once the outage is over, which is what happens: the conversation waits and is tried again.
- In English or Russian: the note is in Russian when you write in Russian and in English otherwise, the same as the short outage note.
- Details stay with the VEP team: the technical cause of each failed attempt is kept for the team that runs VEP and never shown in your chat.
