The first time you open VEP from your iPhone or iPad home screen, your chats and your companies appear right away, and the chat list loads again by itself if the connection drops while it opens.
Why it matters
The first launch from the home screen is where people find out whether VEP works like an app. That first look now shows your chats and lets you move between your companies, the same as every later launch.

- The first time VEP opened from the home screen, the chat list could stay on its loading line, and the company name at the top did not open the list of your companies.
- Now
- VEP on your home screen shows your chats and the switch between your companies from the very first launch, and retries the chat list by itself.
What you get
- From the very first launch: after you add VEP from Safari, the first launch from your home screen shows your chats as soon as VEP has signed you in, like every later launch.
- Switch between your companies: if you work in more than one company, tap the company name at the top of your chats and pick another one. The same list is in your settings.
- Heals by itself: if the chat list cannot load, for example because the connection drops for a moment, VEP tries again after a few seconds and keeps trying until your chats are there.
How to use it
Nothing to switch on: it works in VEP on your iPhone or iPad home screen and in phone and tablet browsers.
