Admins see Google connected only for AI employees that use it

Company admins now see Google as connected for an AI employee only when the person it belongs to has connected their own Google account with everything the AI employee needs.
Why it matters
Admins who look after several AI employees can trust the Google status of each one. Every AI employee works with the Google account of the person it belongs to, so the status says whether that account is connected.
- Before
- An admin's own Google sign-in made Google show as connected for every AI employee the admin opened, including colleagues' AI employees without Google.
- Now
- Google shows as connected for an AI employee when the person it belongs to has connected Google, whether a team member or an admin opens the settings.
What you get
- The same status for everyone: team members and admins see the same Google status for an AI employee, based on the Google account of the person it belongs to.
- Your sign-in, your AI employee: an admin's own Google sign-in shows as connected for the admin's own AI employee, and no longer for colleagues' AI employees.
- Connected for someone else: when Google was connected for a different AI employee, the row says so and does not show it as ready for this one.
How to use it
Nothing to switch on: admins see it in their settings, under Integrations, at Google Workspace, for each AI employee they open.
