Your AI employee goes through a whole chat history for you
For business owners and managers
Ask about a person, a topic or a whole year in your connected chat account, and your AI employee reads every message in that range, page by page, before it answers.
Why it matters
Business owners and managers get answers built on the full conversation, so a summary of everything a colleague was asked to do this year covers the whole year, not only the last few days.

- Your AI employee reads a chat to any depth, narrowed to a person, a period or words, and lists your chats to find the right one first.
What you get
- Any depth: your AI employee reads a chat page by page, from the newest message back or from a start date forward, until the whole range is covered.
- Narrow it down: keep only one person's messages, a period such as this year, or messages with certain words, and combine them in one request.
- The right chat: your AI employee lists your chats with their kind, unread count and last activity, so it can pick the chat you meant before it reads.
- Upgraded groups stay whole: when a group was upgraded and its earlier messages live in the old group, your AI employee is pointed there and reads that part too.
- No guessing: when the chat service asks for a pause, your AI employee waits and continues from the same place, and it never fills in messages it has not read.
How to use it
Connect your chat account once
Open Usage & Billing, then Integrations, and pick the card for your personal chat account, the one that asks for a phone number. Enter the number, then the code you receive, and your password if the account has one.
Ask about a range
In the chat with your AI employee, name the chat, the person or the words, and the period. Say what you want back, such as a list with dates.
Example Go through our sales group since 1 January and list every request made to our designer, with dates.
Go deeper when you need to
Ask your AI employee which chat and which period it covered, then widen the period or add another chat in the same conversation.
Good to know
- Your AI employee reads only the chat account connected for it, and only the chats that account can see.
- Searching your chats by name covers your 500 most recent chats; an older chat is found by its username.
- A very long history takes longer to read, because the chat service paces how fast messages can be fetched.
