What your AI employee learned stays current however old it is, until something newer replaces it. Nothing is archived or ranked down just because of its age.

What you get

  • Your AI employee no longer archives a fact or ranks it down because it is old. A fact stays current until a newer one replaces it. Before, saving a new fact could archive older facts on the same subject after 90 or 180 days.
  • When your AI employee searches its memory, an older fact counts as much as a new one. Before, a fact older than a day that had been used fewer than 20 times counted for about a third.
  • Meeting notes put last week first: they bring in the newest meeting of the same team and its open items first, and an older meeting with more people in common no longer pushes it out.
  • When an old fact matters now, your AI employee may question and check it, and names what changes with it.
  • Your AI employee now puts the standing instructions its owner gave it first in every regular answer. Before, on large AI employees many of them could be left out.
  • Facts that change over time, such as opening hours, prices, laws or doses, are still checked before your AI employee states them.
