Notes from VEP's automatic check are clearly marked
For everyone who works with an AI employee
Part of An automatic check compares replies with what your AI employee did
When the automatic check adds a note under an answer of your AI employee, the note now shows in its own small block, signed as the VEP check, so you can tell it apart from the answer at a glance.
Why it matters
A note without a signature read like part of the answer, so people could not tell who was speaking or what to do about it. A signed note says that VEP checked the answer, and a new note also says what you can do next.
- Before
- A note of the check was added at the end of the answer as plain text, with nothing to show that VEP wrote it and no word on what to do.
- Now
- Notes of the check sit in a small muted block under the answer, signed as the VEP check, and every new note ends with one short next step.
What you get
- Signed in the note's language: a note written in Russian is signed in Russian, and a note in any other language is signed in English.
- One next step: each new note ends with one short sentence of what you can do, such as asking your AI employee to check again or to set up a reminder it promised.
- Older notes too: notes added before this change, and the old warning about email delivery that could not be confirmed, now show in the same signed block; only new notes end with a next step.
- The answer stays as written: the block sits under the answer, and the answer itself is unchanged. An answer without a note looks exactly as before.
- The same check: when the check runs and what it finds are unchanged; only how its notes look and read is new.
How to use it
In your chats with your AI employees in the browser, on a computer, phone or tablet, under every answer that the automatic check adds a note to.
Part of: An automatic check compares replies with what your AI employee did
In your chat with your AI employee, an automatic check compares what it says it did with what it really did, and adds a note when they differ.
