Your settings show which tools this AI employee can really use

Part of Connect your work tools from the chat and see what was saved
The list of tools in your settings now marks tools such as Asana, Pipedrive and Slack as connected only when this AI employee can use them, and says in plain words how every tool connects.
Why it matters
Admins who look after several AI employees can trust the list: a key that belongs to a colleague's AI employee is not shown as ready for this one, and you see what one Google sign-in gives your AI employee before you connect it.

- A key connected for another AI employee or for the whole company could show as ready for this one, and some rows showed notes meant for VEP's own team.
- Now
- The list of tools in your settings shows Connected only for keys this AI employee can use, says where other keys belong, and names what Google covers.
What you get
- Connected means usable: a tool such as Asana, Pipedrive or Slack counts as connected only with a key this AI employee can use. A company-wide key counts for Claude and ChatGPT, which serve every AI employee of your company.
- Where the key is: when a key belongs to another AI employee or to the whole company, the row says so and shows how to connect this AI employee.
- How each tool connects: Asana, Slack and WhatsApp show the line to type in the chat, and every row uses plain labels.
- What Google covers: the Google row names everything one Google sign-in connects: Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides, plus contact names and Meet participant lists.
- Links that open it: setup and plan links in messages from your AI employee open your settings, where this list is, on a computer and on a phone.
- After checkout: when you come back from paying for a plan, a note says your plan updates once the payment is confirmed, or that nothing was charged if you cancelled.
