On your iPhone home screen, files from your chats, exported chats and agreements now open inside VEP, ready to save to Files or to send to another app, with a way back to your chats.
Why it matters
VEP on your home screen has no browser buttons. A file or a page that opened outside VEP could leave you with no way back except closing VEP. Files, photos, chat exports and agreements from your chats now keep you in VEP, and you can still save them or pass them on.

What you get
- Files open in VEP: a file from a person chat, a group or your AI employee opens inside VEP, and then you can save it to Files or send it to another app.
- Large files on your terms: big files and videos download only when you ask, show how far along they are, and stop downloading when you go back.
- Photos and call transcripts too: photos, including a single photo in a group, and call transcripts go to the share sheet, so you can save them or send them on.
- Chat exports that work: exporting a chat shows the whole conversation as text inside VEP on your iPhone, ready to share. On a computer, the export downloads as a text file.
- Agreements with a way back: an agreement page opens inside VEP with a link back to your chats. When your iPhone is offline, VEP stays on your chats and tells you so.
- Links that stay in VEP: a link to another VEP chat opens that chat and a link to a file opens it in VEP, while other web pages open over VEP with a button to come back.
How to use it
Open the file
In VEP on your home screen, tap a file in any chat. It opens inside VEP and shows Preparing… while it downloads. A large file or a video shows Prepare to share with its size instead: tap it when you want the file.
Share or save it
When Share appears, tap it and choose Save to Files or another app. If you close the share sheet, Share stays, so you can tap it again.
Export a chat
In a person chat, tap the name at the top, then More and Export Chat. The chat appears as text inside VEP; tap Share to save it or send it. On a computer, Export chat in the chat menu downloads a text file.
Open an agreement
Tap Open the agreement page, or the agreement link your AI employee sends. The page opens inside VEP, and ← Back to chats at the top brings you back. Download evidence and Download proof turn into Share once they are ready.
Good to know
- To share a photo, open it and tap the share button at the top left.
- After a call, Download under the call transcript offers the transcript with Share.
- Links to other web pages open over VEP. Tap Done to come back.
