Fewer false alarms from the automatic check after long tasks
For everyone who works with an AI employee
Part of An automatic check compares replies with what your AI employee did
VEP's automatic check now sees every step of a long task, also the requests VEP turned down, so a note under a long answer flags only what really did not happen.
Why it matters
A note from the check should be worth reading every time. When a long answer reports work that did happen, it stays without a note, so the notes you do see point to real gaps.
- Before
- After a long task, the check saw only the last steps, so it could flag work done early in the task, or a refused request, as not shown.
- Now
- The automatic check sees every step of a long task and every request VEP turned down, and flags only what the record does not show.
What you get
- Every step counts: work done early in a long task is part of what the check compares the answer with.
- Turned-down requests count: when VEP turns a request down, the answer may say so, and the check sees it.
- A next step that waits for you: an answer that says what happens when you write again is not flagged as a promise.
- Promises still need a schedule: a promise to act later is flagged when nothing is scheduled for it, as before.
How to use it
Under answers of every AI employee in every chat, on a computer, phone or tablet. Nothing to switch on.
Part of: An automatic check compares replies with what your AI employee did
In your chat with your AI employee, an automatic check compares what it says it did with what it really did, and adds a note when they differ.
