Your reply in the chat decides what waits for your approval
For business owners and managers
Part of Approve your AI employee's emails, CRM changes and meetings first
In early access, a plain reply such as yes, send it or no, wait now approves or declines the actions your AI employee is waiting on, in any language you write in.
Early access: switched on for selected companies.
Why it matters
You answer where you already are. An email, a CRM change or an opened attachment that waited for you goes ahead the moment you say so in the chat, without a separate screen.
- Before
- A reply in the chat did not decide waiting approvals: only the buttons and numbered answers did, so a clear yes left the action waiting.
- Now
- A plain reply in the chat approves or declines what your AI employee is waiting on, in any language, alongside the buttons and numbered answers.
What you get
- Say it your way: a short yes or no in your own words decides the actions that wait for you, in the language you write in.
- Only what you mean: when several actions wait, your reply decides the ones it names, and an unclear reply decides nothing.
- Same rules as the buttons: who may approve, how many approvals an action needs and which actions need a tap stay exactly as before.
How to use it
In every chat with an AI employee that waits for your approval, on a computer, phone or tablet, during early access.
Part of: Approve your AI employee's emails, CRM changes and meetings first
In early access, approve each email, Pipedrive or Zendesk change and calendar event before your AI employee makes it. It does exactly what you approved.
