Large Pipedrive reports finish in one run and big changes wait for you

For sales teams, managers and business owners

A scheduled report that must read many deals can make up to 800 Pipedrive look-ups in one run and finish on its own. Before changing many records, your AI employee says what will change and waits for your yes.

Why it matters

Assistants who build weekly reports from the mail, notes and activities of many deals get the whole report without pushing the AI on by hand. Your website forms keep their share of Pipedrive, and a request read too widely cannot change hundreds of deals before a person checks it.

Before
A report stopped after 120 Pipedrive look-ups in one reply and had to be pushed on by hand, and one broad request could change hundreds of records in one go.
Now
Scheduled Pipedrive reports that need it make up to 800 look-ups in one run, and changes to more than 25 records of one kind, or 10 deletions, wait for your yes.

What you get

  • Reports that need it finish in one run: a scheduled report that must read many deals can make up to 800 Pipedrive look-ups in one run, enough for the mail, notes and activities of about 200 deals.
  • Everything else as before: replies in the chat, morning digests, reminders and email watching make up to 120 look-ups each. When a reply reaches that, your AI employee says what is done and what is left, and one word from you continues.
  • Room for your website forms: all AI employees of your company together make at most 3,000 Pipedrive look-ups a day, so AI reports leave room in your Pipedrive account's daily allowance for your website forms.
  • Big changes wait for your yes: after 25 changes of one kind in one reply, or 10 deletions or emptied fields, your AI employee stops and tells you how many records, which ones and one example. Your yes covers that scope plus 10%.
  • Scheduled tasks ask too: on their own, scheduled tasks and email watching change at most 25 records of one kind in an hour. For more, their report tells you the scope, and your yes starts the changes.

How to use it

Nothing to switch on for everyday work. A report that must read many deals gets a larger budget of its own when your AI employee sets it up, or when you give it one.

  1. Ask for the report

Ask your AI employee for a scheduled report over many deals. When one run must read more than a reply allows, it gives that report a larger budget of its own, and its confirmation says how many look-ups one run may make.

    Example

Every Monday at 9, send me the weekly report on all open deals with their latest emails and notes.

  2. Check or change the budget

Type /routines to see your scheduled tasks: a report with a budget of its own shows its Pipedrive look-ups per run. Set it from 121 to 800 for a report, or back to the standard 120 with standard.

    Example

    /routine reads 2 600

  3. Continue a long reply

When your AI employee says it has read as much as one reply allows, check what is done and what is left, then reply with one word.

    Example

    continue

  4. Confirm a big change

When your AI employee asks before a large change, check the number of records, the filter and the example it gives you. Reply yes to go ahead, or say which records to leave out.

    Example

Yes, but only the deals I own.

Good to know

  • Morning digests and daily checks keep the standard 120 look-ups: a larger budget is only for a report that must read many deals in one run.
  • When the 3,000 look-ups of the day are used up, your AI employee tells you so. Your website forms and your own work in Pipedrive keep working, and look-ups start again at 00:00 UTC.
  • A yes covers the next reply only. If the work runs over two replies, your AI employee asks once more for what is left.
  • Answer once the question has arrived: a yes sent while your AI employee is still writing, or a second yes after another message, makes it ask again.
