Open VEP from your iPhone or iPad home screen with no connection and your team, your workspaces and your settings are there, next to the chat list you already had.
Why it matters
Phones lose the connection on trains, in lifts and on planes. Seeing who is on your team, which workspace you are in and which account you use, without waiting for the network, is what makes VEP on your phone feel like a real app.

- Without a connection, VEP on the home screen showed only the chat list: the team list was empty, your account did not show and no workspace could be seen.
- Now
- VEP on your home screen opens with your team, workspaces and settings when there is no connection, and brings them up to date as soon as it connects.
What you get
- Your team at once: the AI employees of the workspace you were in appear in the team list when VEP starts without a connection, each with its name and role, and your own AI employee opens with its name on top.
- Your account and workspaces: your settings show the account you are signed in with, and the list of your workspaces is there with the current one checked.
- Up to date by itself: when the connection comes back, VEP signs in as usual and replaces what it showed with your latest team and settings, without reloading the page.
- Clear about what needs the network: dashboards, usage and billing, the Group Chats page in Settings, the training, knowledge and details of an AI employee, and a move to another workspace say they need a connection.
How to use it
Nothing to switch on: it works in VEP on your iPhone or iPad home screen and in phone and tablet browsers, once you have used VEP online on that device.
