You can sign your AI employee back in to Google Meet
For everyone who works with an AI employee
Part of Meeting notes name more speakers and cover long calls
Google sometimes asks your AI employee to sign in to Google Meet again before it can join a call. Pressing Sign in again now opens the Google sign-in step, so you can finish signing in and send the meeting link again.
Why it matters
Meeting notes depend on your AI employee being signed in to Google Meet. When Google asks for a new sign-in, you can now complete it yourself in a minute, and the notes from your next call are not lost to an error.
- Before
- Pressing Sign in again showed an error, so you could not finish the Google sign-in and your AI employee could not join your calls.
- Now
- The Sign in again button opens the Google sign-in step, and if the sign-in still cannot finish, the message says what to do next.
What you get
- Sign in again works: in Voice Meetings, under Google Meet access, Sign in again opens the Google sign-in step for your account, so you can enter your password and approve on your phone.
- A clear message if it fails: if the sign-in cannot finish on our side, you are told that your Google account is not the cause, and to try again in a minute or tell your administrator.
- Back to your meetings: once you are signed in, send the meeting link to your AI employee again, and it joins the call and takes notes as before.
- For every company: this applies to every AI employee that joins Google Meet with its owner's Google account, not only to one company or one person.
How to use it
In Voice Meetings, under Google Meet access, when you press Sign in again or when your AI employee asks you to sign in to Google Meet.
Part of: Meeting notes name more speakers and cover long calls
Your AI employee's Google Meet notes now name speakers that Meet captions identify, cover long calls, and the email links to the notes online.
