Clearer machine and new employee screens

What you get

• In Compute Resources, a machine you open now stays open while you read or set it up. Before, the list refreshed every 30 seconds and closed it.
• The machine list in Compute Resources keeps room for its cards; How This Works and Encryption & Privacy now fold below it and open with one click.
• When a new employee cannot be switched on because your plan's limit is reached, the message says so once and no longer tells you to press Activate, which would not help.
• If creating an employee takes longer than usual, the note now says it may already exist as a draft and how to finish it, so you do not create it twice.
