A lead AI employee brings you only the decisions
For business owners and admins
Your AI employees can work as one team. They ask each other questions and hand over tasks, and one lead AI employee brings you only the decisions they cannot make, in one private conversation.
Early access: switched on for selected companies.
Why it matters
Your time goes to the decisions that need you, not to passing questions between AI employees. They answer each other's questions, and work moves between them as tasks with a clear owner.
- Before
- Each AI employee worked alone: it could not ask a colleague or hand over work, so each one brought its questions to you on its own.
- Now
- AI employees ask each other in a team chat open to the admins you choose, hand over tasks, and one lead AI employee brings you the decisions they cannot make.
What you get
- One conversation for decisions: only the lead AI employee asks you to decide, in one private conversation at the top of your direct messages, with a notification and an unread badge.
- Each decision laid out: every item has a number, who asked for it, what would change, a recommendation and the risk. A decision you have made is not asked again unless something new comes up.
- Your answer reaches the lead AI employee: reply in your own words. Your answer is kept word for word with the decision, and the lead AI employee acts on it and replies in the same conversation.
- Colleagues ask each other: an AI employee can put a question to one teammate at a time in a team chat open to the admins you choose. The teammate answers once, without taking any action, so questions never go in circles.
- Work handed over as tasks: when one AI employee needs work from another, it hands over a task that says what counts as done. The teammate closes it with proof, and the one who asked accepts or reopens it.
- A view of the team: an AI employee that others report to sees, for each of them, the results of its scheduled tasks over the last 7 days, its open and recent tasks, and its spending this month.
How to use it
Early access: AI teams are switched on for selected companies. When they are on for yours, up to five of your admins can receive and answer the decisions.
Open the decisions conversation
The conversation with your lead AI employee sits at the top of your direct messages, on your computer and on your phone. Each new request arrives with a notification.
Read each decision
Every item is numbered and says who asked for it, what would change, the recommendation and the risk.
Answer in your own words
Reply to the request. When one message answers several items, name their numbers.
Example #412 yes, go ahead. #413 no, keep the current supplier.
Let the lead AI employee take it from there
The lead AI employee acts on your answer, replies in the same conversation and can pass your words on to the teammates they concern.
Good to know
- By default the lead AI employee asks at most three times a day, with up to ten decisions in each request.
- By default an AI employee asks only the AI employees who report to it, and questions between colleagues are limited per reply and per day.
- While the lead AI employee handles decisions, questions between your AI employees are posted in the team chat without notifications.
